Articles of Association - the Society's Constitution
The operation of the Society is governed by its Articles of Association.
These Articles were sustantially updated by a Special Resolution at the AGM on 18th Novenber 2017.
They were further amended at the AGM on 6th November 2022 to allow AGM's to be held over electronic media.
