Chilworth historic landscape survey (1 - 30 April)

This is part of the Areas of Special Historic Landscape project jointly funded by Surrey Archaeological Society and Surrey County Council. A team of volunteers will be led by Philip Masters, a professional landscape archaeologist and will look at the water management systems associated with the gunpowder mills as well as at other historic features in the vicinity.
