Hitler's vengeance weapons
On 13th June 1944 the first flying bombs hit London. Soon after this British and American bombers attacked German cities and Germany deployed these 'revenge weapons' to terrorise British citizens and undermine morale. Learn how the V1 and V2 rocket attacks affected Epsom and Ewell.

This event commemorates the 400th anniversary of the sailing of the Mayflower from Plymouth on 16th September 1620. Learn what it was like to be a Pilgrim and open up a new world.

Cave Painting
In the deep time of prehistory early men crawled down into the darkest caves and used light from primitive candles to paint pictures of themselves and the animals they hunted. Discover how and why these paintings were created.
Two identical sessions will be run, please book to reserve a place. £5 per child: maximum 16 children.

Don't you know there's a war on?
Find out how local people defended their town, families and community during the dark days of WW2. As the sandbags were piled high, barrage balloons filled the air and children were evacuated, the people of Epsom and Ewell mad ready to do battle on the Home Front.
