It is very windy here to-day but went for a good long ride around about Farnham yesterday & all (sic - saw) lots of blackberries. There are 6 kittens here besides cats & 4 little & a big St Bernard dog. Good bye P.T.

Dear L,
This is situate about 35 miles from London on the Portsmouth line. thought you might like P.C. of Place I have visited today surrounded by nice Country but not equal to ? !
Many thanks for nice letter to which I will reply later, am writing this while waiting at the Rly station.
Mrs Booth leaves Headquarters (2a Victoria St) at 5.30 tonight on her motor tour. I hope to see the fleet of cars leave. Goodbye S.
