Dear M, thanks for letter pleased to tell you I am much better, got to keep on with this medicine for 3 weeks. We are having lovely weather now, we have company in the house so I have to help wait, will write letter soon, don't you worry about me. I shall be alright soon. It was the change you know (continues at right angles) so Alice won't be coming now until later. I heard from Marie, glad to hear all well much love from Nell. (continues above main message) Miss Nessie looking after me alright.
