Medieval Studies Forum Meeting and AGM

There will be a half day meeting of the Forum held at St Catherine's Village Hall, Guildford at which there will be a number of presentations relating to the recent and ongoing research interests of members with talks by Lucy Quinnell, Mary Alexander and David Calow.

Lucy Quinnell, owner of Rowhurst, will provide background to the fieldwork being undertaken at that property by members of the Forum, while Mary Alexander will update the meeting on the recent discoveries of Anglo-Saxon skeletons made during the renovations at St Mary's church in Guildford. David Calow will present the conclusions he has drawn from his research into the nearby St Catherine's Chapel. 

The meeting will conclude with the AGM of the Medieval Studies Forum.

All are welcome although only registered members of the Forum are eligible to vote at the AGM.

The cost for this meeting is £2.50 payable on the door which includes tea, coffee and biscuit.
