Formerly, Curator of the Historic Royal Palaces, and Director of the Museum of London, Dr Simon Thurley is now the Government's principal advisor on the historic environment in England. He is a leading architectural historian, and regular broadcaster on radio and TV, including documentaries and Channel Four's six-part series Lost Buildings of Britain.

 

Tickets:  £12 (includes a glass of wine). Doors open at 7.00 p.m with informal Reception. Opportunity to picnic in the grounds beforehand. Lecture to commence 7.45p.m.
